D&D General suggestions for flooded subterranean cavern complex (any edition)

It would be a pretty quick operation to make almost any dungeon map a submerged dungeon map with photoshop. I would like to just make some fore you, but I just don't have the time at the moment. To much of my own stuff to take care off.

FYI, there is thread (or 2) on this forum where someone posts maps. If I remember correctly the submitted some watery maps too.
