Suggestions on a Sandbox??

I'm looking for a low level sandbox type adventure written for D&D 3E or 3.5E or Pahfinder. I prefer low magic, but I'll convert/change what I need.

I don't need a huge plot. I'm more interested in just using a published adventure to create a world and then just drop my players right into the middle of it. I want to let them explore in whatever direction they want--follow their desires and interests.

Have you a suggestion on a published adventure that fits the bill?

I like Kingmaker a lot.

I also am fond of Night Below - at least the "first book" of it is a pretty decent sandbox if you ignore the kidnap victim metaplot. There's a 3rd edition conversion out there somewhere.
