"I vote we add in pazuzu and satan as air elemental lords because satan is "the prince of the power of the air" and pazuzu is a windy boi too."

This is what the genie fans sound like. They seem to not really be thinking this through because of fan bias. But thats just my perception of the situation.

I go old-school with my elemental definitions. An elemental is a creature made entirely of a single element, neutral in alignment, from one of the four (only) elemental planes of existence. They do not have alignments, societies, languages, and other trappings of mortals.

If it has a society, a language, a culture, etc., it's not really an elemental to me. It's a fancy angel or demon.
