Why are you all trying to off the Outlander, just because they accept a life without several luxuries doesn't mean they are killing the chances of the simple Urchin. We should all know it is the fault of the Criminals stealing what meager funds the impoverished urchins can make. The outlanders stoop down to the impoverished and hand them food, but the Criminal scum steal their food from their mouths.
