Totally disagree. I'd would vote Fellowship all day long. The others are not bad, but dont give me as much of a D&D vibe but more of a classic fantasy story.

Well, that's because the wizard decides to solo the balrog, levels up past everyone else, and is able to carry the party.

The "wizard" wasn't even a PC. It was clearly the DM's pet NPC they have join the party. Overpowered compared to all other PCs? Check. Never is in any real danger of dying? Check. Or if they do, it's only for plot and always comes back even more powerful? Check. Drives the entire plot? Check.
