I did recognize them as english words.

Removing the recognizable traces was a way to point out how ordinary they are as oneliners (quotes).

I'm saying that even though I like starwars these quotes does not make me think of starwars (Can't remember what Vader did with Admiral Needa... Choked him?

That's his SOP when it comes to disposing of annoying underlings.

Or even that there was an admiral named that. So many movies have had admirales in them).... I don't think the sentences I mentioned above with recognizable traces will give people an idea of what they are refering to other than starwars (Jedi, Lightsabre etc. Many do recognize these words). That's my point.

(As far as being a fan... Well. I have seen the old 3 movies about 3 times (last time one year ago) and the new one once. So maybe I'm just not fanatik enough)

Fair enough. Some of those I listed were undoubtedly more obscure than others. Still, it'll be interesting to see how many lines from Eps 1-3 actually do manage to seep into modern pop culture.
