Sword Coast Legends: Trying to get a refund.

I played the head start last night and I must say I was not impressed at all. The graphics aren't good, during character creation the PC looks like some outdated claymation figure with weapons that look to be made of foam, does not play anything like 5th edition, and is very slow and choppy.

I'm looking to get a refund but I'm not sure how to get it. I bought the game from the SCL website which in turn sells you a Steam product key. I see nothing on the SCL website about refunds and when I try Steam I don't get a response nor does the game come up in the section where I am supposed to select it and ask for a refund.

Anyone else having trouble?

That's what happens when you don't buy through Steam, they aren't going to refund you something you didn't buy through them. Good luck trying to get a refund from SCL.

I am mow quite happy that I didn't preorder it, it went against my standards (only buy a computer game after a couple of good reviews), but I was tempted...

I paid €73.00 for this game. Well if SCL gives me trouble then I will take it up with Paypal.

Oh no. I had hopes for this game. I don't know how to go about getting a refund. But I'll come back here and post it if'n I ever find out.
