SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

Twilight Gryphon feels her muscles unwind and relax.She heads down the hall, trying to catch up with her teamates as they rush down the hall. The heroes look at the architecture and note that it appears that this is a part of the original power plant. Steam from deep subrerranean fissures is captured in pipelines and used to spin turbines to generate electricity. The site shows the least amount of change, appearing both rusty and covered in a fine layer of dust. Massive turbines and generators hum away. Pipelines run down from them into deep, deep natural fissures.

Ghost says, "Hey feathered one, I don't know about why this part is so run down per se. But this may have been his old lair he used in that last attack, since which he moved on. Still, why leave all these vehicles and stuff behind, that does not fit, unless he is monitoring us to see how we do and what powers we have so he can prep before the real confrontation? Bah... A quick look around reveals old municipal power plant signs. The heroes surmise that this is an old abandoned power plant that has been closed by the city for years. After some poking around the heroes realize there isn't much here. As they wander down through the area they reach another dreaded door with a similar swipe system.
