Perhaps not, but it does look intagible. So the next step, is usually not that far behind... Just call it damage from playing Magic the Gathering for 8 years. :D

LOL ok :) i'll just make them something like mithril, not even really visible over other clothes.

ok, let's see if i got this right. correct my math, please, if i got it wrong, and notify me of anything i forgot or mixed up.

Titania: 20d8+140 (outsider) plus 20d4+140 (Ill) plus 20d8 (Drd) (820 hp)
Oberon: 20d8+140 (outsider) plus 18d10+126 (Rgr) plus 12d8+84 (Drd) plus 10d6+70 (Brd) (916 hp)

Skills points:
Titania would get 380 (20-HD outsider) + 299 (Ill 20) + 300 (Drd 20) = 979 total skill points.
Oberon would get 320 (20-HD outsider) + 252 (Rgr 18) + 144 (Drd 12) + 120 (Brd 10) = 836 total skill points.

Feats:
Titania would have 6 (20-HD outsider) +14 (40 character levels) + scribe scroll and 4 bonus metamagic feat (Illusionist bonus) for a total of 25 feats.
Oberon would have 6 (20-HD outsider) +14 (40 character levels) for a total of 20 feats.

Base Attack Bonus:
Titania would have an attack bonus of +20 (20-HD outsider) +18 (divine bonus) +20 (epic character levels) +1 (size), for a total BAB of +59.
Oberon would have an attack bonus of +20 (20-HD outsider) +10 (divine bonus) +20 (epic character levels), for a total BAB of +50.

Saves:
Titania:
Fort: +12 (outsider) +7 (Con) +18 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +57
Ref: +12 (outsider) +11 (Dex) +18 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +61
Will: +12 (outsider) +11 (Wis) +18 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +61
Oberon:
Fort: +12 (outsider) +7 (Con) +10 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +49
Ref: +12 (outsider) +10 (Dex) +10 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +52
Will: +12 (outsider) +8 (Wis) +10 (divine) +20 (epic character levels) = +50

SDA's:
Titania: 23
Oberon: 12

Skills & Feats:

since titania is the primary goddess of pixies, sprites, brownies, and bookas, i decided to give her all of the skills and feats they had:
Animal Empathy, Bluff, Concentration, Craft (at least three), Escape Artist, Handle Animal, Heal, Hide, Jump, Listen, Move Silently, Perform (at least one), Ride, Search, Sense Motive, Spot
and
Alertness, Dodge, Improved Initiative, Weapon Finesse (dagger)

for additional skills, i think she should also have Diplomacy, Inuit Direction, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (nature), Profession (herbalist), Scry, Spellcraft
and for feats, Combat Casting and several metamagic and item creation feats.

for Oberon, i was thinking the following skills plus a few from the list above: Balance, Climb, Knowledge (nature), Wilderness Lore

feats for starters: Alertness, Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Improved Initiative, Point Blank Shot, Rapid Shot, Shot on the Run, Track (bonus), Weapon Focus (longbow), Weapon Focus (longsword)

I was wondering, where did you get all the information to calculate the skills and powers of deities? I have all the basic books plus Epic Handbook, yet some of the information you post on outsiders is not anywhere I can see. Im making stats for some of my deities in my own campaign (since my players are approaching 25 th. level), but I lack a little of the "numerical" information about their stats. Even though I played D&D for 11 years, I only turned to the dark side half a year ago (ie. switched to Ed. 3) so im not that rule-strong. Anyways, Titania and Oberon look nice. I kinda miss the Detect Charm of the old days, I havent found anything that was it equivelant (off course, you could simply make the spell). Anyways, great stuff.

How about giving Oberon the Scent feat?
