Dessarin Valley
Afternoon
Round 0

Errol doesn’t bother going over the fence. He is perfectly fine shooting over it and keeping it between himself and anyone who might try and attack him, granting cover.and protection. As the others moved into the camp, Errol took up an overwatch position outside the fence to cover them.

Silver ruby ring (600 gp)(Held by Errol)
Reszor, magical rapier - Rapier (uncommon), requires attunement (Held by Errol)
Reszor was commissioned by a soldier turned assassin to enhance his ability to kill without being detected. It has a star motif etched into the blade and the handle is of blue leather. Dried blood clings to the blade and cannot be cleaned off. The weapon counts as magical and when you make an attack against on opponent while hidden the attack will make no noise. Additionally, when you make an attack with this weapon and get to use bonus damage dice, such as superiority dice or sneak attack dice, roll an additional die and discard the lowest. When you say the command word "Reszor" the blade will glow with dim light out to a 5ft radius, saying the command word again will turn the light off. Finally there is a mild curse on the blade that drives the wielder to kill. After rendering an opponent incapacitated or unconscious make a DC7 WIS saving throw to stop yourself from killing the creature.

Wolves could be a issue if only Duran had a way of communicating with the forward group, next time it may be a idea to discuss owl calls beforehand. For now all the old man can do is sit and watch.

Desairn Valley, Day 9, Early Morning

Illvilious tried to clear the fence first and gives a demonstration of how not to do it, catching himself in the spikes and thorns. The rest of you make it over and head towards the large tent under the watchful eye of Eroll.

Avoiding the garrison while heading to the large tent proves easily enough, a few snores from some tents suggest that there are some still asleep, and the few that are awake are noisy enough going about their morning business.

A single orc guards the entrance and it seems quiet inside.

OOC:
Can the edge of the tents be lifted, or are they staked to the ground at regular intervals?
How thick is the tent skin, could we silently and quickly cut our way in?

GM: Most of the smaller tents are simple sheets of leather or cloth draped over a frame of wood and rope and weighted down with sandbags or rocks. The larger tent is much more elaborate and in better repair made of good quality canvas. It is properly staked down at the edges. Cutting through the side might go unnoticed by others in the camp - its just another camp noise - but anyone in the tent would likely notice.
