Joe points to one of the greeters, and she stands at the center of the room. She shouts, at the top of her lungs, from the top of one of the smaller tables, "Hear, Hear, if you havn't introduced yourself to Barmaster Joe, then do so immediately or get yourself out of his bar. You heard me, your expected to know the rules around here!"

The door of the inn is opened, followed by a man, about 5'3" tall entering. "Goodday my fellow men" he says, walking over to the barkeeper. "Hello Joe, I'm Rogier, Paladin in the court of Hyrag. I've heard impressive stories about your inn, and especially the ale, so I've decided it was time to test the truth in those stories." He puts a couple of coins on the bar, taking a good look around in the room. Leaning against the bar he nods to a couple of merry drinkers, and awaits his mug.

The halfling looks around as he first enters the Red Dragon inn. Reading the sign, he moves towards the bar. He climbs on a bar stool and introduces himself to Joe. After the introduction, when Joe tell him to introduce himself to the rest of the folks, he gets a bit nervous, but does get off the bar stool and jumps on the platform.

Hi everbody, I'm Thebis Ra...

He smiles a bit uncertain and then quickly jumps off the platform and moves towards the open jobs.

Llolian sees the newcomers, and greets Rogier and Thebis.

"Call me Llolian," the elf says, nods a bow to each, then walks over to Sebastian.

"Sebastian, did you hear that odd halfling?" he says in a low voice. "1000 gold. Still, I'm intrigued by the rumors in the forest. Should we ask these newcomers to join us? I'm in a trusting mood . . ."

The tavern door blows open with the gusts from the approaching storm, and a tall figure swaggers through. She is a human woman, strongly built and wearing a chain shirt with two swords set in crossed back scabbards. The armor and scabards are both decorated in a pattern of red and blue metalic paints, forming an interlocking design in the center or her chest and back. There are an unneccassary number of silk sashes and ribbons involved in her armor, and a keen observer will note coiled ribbons ready to flourish if the swords are drawn. But the costume (for it could be called litle else) shows signs of real use - areas of the chain mail have been repaired with rings not yet painted, and the sword hilts are worn and sweat soaked.

Without hesitating to read the sign, she strides to the center of the common room and anounces "Greetings everyone! In the Pits they knew me as Double Trouble, but I imagine most of you would rather call me Sara. I'm here to make some money, bust some heads and have some fun, not neccassarily in that order."

Keeping his voice low, " a few more swords would be good." Looking over at Sara, "and she may be helpful too."

Joe replies by passing you back your coin and shaking his finger in a 'no thank you' kind of way. He points to another sign that is posted right above the bar, "Everyone Drinks Free".

Joe then goes back, pours a stout mub, and passes it across the bar.

Spotting the sign, Sara's eyes light up and she practically leaps upon a bar stool.

"Well in that case, one of my motivations is already cared for. Everything with hops, in alphebetical order. Cut me off when I can still walk straight, but write down where I got to in the list so I don't have to start over next time."

Despite her flippant words, the mailed woman takes the time to taste and enjoy the first mug passed to her while making a circuit of the bar, investigating the current postings and seeing if any of the forming groups seem open to new participants...

Attention!

Wanted... a group of adventures to retrieve something for the Head Master of Fallon's Collage of Wizardry. If retrieval is successful, a purse of 1000 gp will be given to the group to be divided as they please.

If interested, meet outside the stables tomorrow at sunset.

Looking at the note on the board, Rogier frowns. "A job with such a reward isn't something you see every day." He strikes his hand through his hair, which is reaching his shoulders. "I should know the details on what the object is that we seek before I apply." With those words spoken he empties his mug, greets Joe and the rest of the people in the bar, and walks out to the stables, where he awaits to receive further details.
