[Tavern Thread] The Dunn Wright Inn

[sblock=OOC]Did not leave yet, she ordered Elanka another kaff. However, if we cannot play that way, I can have her depart. But so far no one has told me "no".

I was really only staying around for you guys. Since Franco and Vincenzo cannot adventure yet, she can RP with them if they want.[/sblock]

[sblock=perrin]I understand your reasons and I appreciate them. I also understand no one yet has told you that you can't. I'll confer with the other judges but I'm pretty confident that the decision will be that once a character goes on an adventure they leave the Inn.[/sblock]

Mortar looks at both Yo and Elanka. "I am going to visit the Mystic Pearl. I should be back long before it is time to depart for Master Dimplecottons expedition." With a wink Mortar makes his way to the door.

OOC: If there is any new characters, as in characters that have yet to go on an adventure let me know. I will forfeit my spot and no I am not trying to back out, just want everyone to be afforded the same opportunity.

 

[Caim]

After nearly an hour the doors to the Dunn Wright swing open and Mortar walks over to the table with Elanka and Yo. "Still no one?"

Elenka sighs. "No one else, yet. Hopefully soon." Clearly, having signed on for the job, Elenka is anxious to get working.

 

[Caim]

Picking up on Elanka's feelings Mortar lets out a sigh of his own. "Aye, I understand yer anxious. I have never been to the Tenebrous Wood meself and would like to see what awaits us." With a wave of his arm Mortar beckons Marle over.

"Well, it's good that at least the three of you understand the importance of the Opera. Surely there is more?"

OOC: I'll get it started with one more level 1 PC. Any takers?

Vincenzo stands wiping his mouth of his meal and says, " i am so sorry, I needed to finsh what was in my mouth before i spoke. I am good with a sword and am willing to help find this precious cargo.

What seems like a smile forms on Yoshiki's face. Hearing the new gentleman's name, "Can I just call you Vince? Thanks for your help with this." Looking around at everyone else, "It looks like we're ready to go then." As everyone starts to head out the door, he turns to the Halfling, "Do you have a description of the delivery man in case we pass him on the road? Also, do you have something we can show him to prove to him that we are there working for you?"

Assuming we will be walking out the door of the Dunn Wright and onto a separate thread...
