Xoc jerks up from the nap he had apparently been taking at a forgotten table in the shadowed corner of the bar and grumbles. He rubs his eyes. "...mmph, did I hear my name? Who calls? "

Xoc (warlord) hasn't posted since May 9. If he doesn't post soon, I suggest that Raiyek join us.

Hey, sorry about that. I've been on vacation and the place we are staying has no internet access, so the coffee shop we go to occasionally is the only place I get internet. I'm leaving for home tomorrow, should get back tomorrow night. My character has one approval, awaiting a second, so I should be good to go for renau1g's adventure.

As you are all sitting around discussing future adventure plans the door opens, a soldier wearing the livery of the town guard walks into the tavern, his features hard and severe, various scars cover his face indiciating a lifetime of hard work. His middle-aged greying hair, cut short and hung just above his shoulders. The shoulders are still held strong and upright. He looks over the group of adventurers and says "Hail brave souls, it is good to see that so many of you are here. I have a matter of great import that has proved to be a thorn in my side for some time now. It is something that requires discretion though, so please, if you are interesetd in helping out the innocent please meet me at Fenwick's House of Tea, a small shop on Wyvern Road, it is reserved for our private use" the man says, before turning and disappearing from sight.

Grim stands, and retrieves his blades from beneath the table. I believe I will go listen to the guard's predicament. Anyone else care to join?

Over at the bar, Ingot shows no sign of having heard the soldier's plea, remaining intent on its comparative smell tests of the ale and the wine. After a few more sniffs, it grasps the mug of ale and throws it back in a single gulp. It opens and closes its mouth a few times experimentally, but no sound emerges.

Next, it then takes up the glass of wine and drinks it slowly, a small sip at a time.

[sblock=OOC] Ingot is signed up for Don Incognito's next adventure and thus won't be joining up for renau1g's. Have fun![/sblock]

Kruk stands, stretches a bit and gathers his equipment. He faces the palidan "Raiyek my friend, until the next time." He nods his head in a gesture of respect and lifts his mug as a salute, then drains the contents of it and slams it on the table "Let me know how the new sword works out. May you and I do our parts to rid evil of this world."

He then heads out with the rest of the newly formed party. On the way out, flames of firery red color start to flicker throughout his jet black armor.

Raiyek stays seated, but looks torn between a soft bed and answering the guard's request for help ...
[sblock=OOC]I'm interested, but I'll only come if renau is OK with having a 6th player (no stepping out to make room for me, any of you ), and OK with Raiyek also being currently unapproved for level 2.[/sblock]

After a moment of indecision, Raiyek stands. "I believe I will join Kruk and Grim. To any of you who will not be joining us, I pray Palladys guides your path." The elf gives a bow, then walks with purpose through the doors.
