Teleportation = Movement?

Just a short question, does Teleportation count as Movement?

For example, a fey-warlock teleports 3 squares because of his pact, is this enough to activate his Shadow Walk feature (concealed if you move 3+ squares)?

PHB3 defines movement as leaving one square and entering another. There is a debate as to whether Teleporting three squares means you've actually moved one square, or three. It wouldn't matter in this case, however. Shadow Walk merely specifies you must move and that the movement must be at least three squares from where you started your turn. You satisfy both requirements either way.

What about splittet movement? E.G.: cought in meele and slowed the warlock desperately wants to get away and does so by shifting one square as move action and then uses the standart action to move another 2 squares. Would that trigger the shadowwalk too?

P.S.: Thanks to Baumi for introducing me to enworld :)

Since the requirement is that on your turn you move at least 3 squares from where you started that turn, that would satisfy the requirements of Shadow Walk.

Thanks for the fast Answer! Sadly I cannot give you XP at the Moment, you would have definitely deserved it. :cool:
