Terminator: Future Fate v 1.8 is up!

I completed my collection of the NOW Comic series which is not quite as bad as I originally thought. It's still bad. But not as bad. Some interesting ideas, many of which simply don't fit in with the gritty nature of Terminator. But hey, I'm all about options...

* Additions to the timeline.
* New Vehicles: Cruise Crusher, lunar transport
* New Weapons: 1-X Regulator, Mobile Charge Plasma Cannon, laser gauntlet, GE-380 heavy plasma rifle, GE-506 heavy plasma rifle, GE-380 heavy plasma rifle, lunargun
* New Armor: Metal Man power armor, portable force field
* New Equipment: pressure suit
* New Race: synthetic

Hey Talien, been a while.

I was wondering if you'd seen the new T3 comic series by Beckett comics. They're okay, but nothing too special. The first four are already out, the first two being "Before the Rise" and the second two, "Eyes of the Rise".

There's nothing major in any of them to add to T:FF, save for in the third comic, the T-X is running in a program for Skynet to determine its combat skills, and it faces off against a minor new form of Terminator - a T-1002. It doesn't seem too different from the T-1000, but it seems to have a propensity for launching speared-tentacles, particularly from its face. It may be worth adding in if you can find the comics. See more about them here: http://www.beckettcomics.com/T3Covers.htm

Hey man, where'd you go? I looked for you at Gen Con -- I had a color print copy of Terminator I was going to give to you -- but I didn't see you there. :(

I have in fact been keeping up with the new comic. I didn't catch the T-1002's name, but it looked like it was pretty much the same thing as the T-1000. I'll definitely look into it.

I tried looking for you too, but then realized that we had made no real plans to meet anywhere. I did ask around, but considering that you were a freelancer, I couldn't seem to find you at any booth I went to. It was a disappointment. Next time we should better coordinate things. There's always next year!

Its in the early part of the third issue. Her computer processes the type of opponent she's facing.
