Based on how my group's Dragon Heist campaign came out, and the guess that the cleaned-up UA subclasses will be prominent in the book.

it’ll actually be something like, “Deekin’s Guide to Adventurers Who Tried To Kill Me Because They Are Kobold Racists Before Dying Themselves In The Underdark Cuz They Didn’t Have A Kobold Guide”

basically a bunch of character options of said adventurers previously seen in UA

It's just Volo's notes superimposed over the Xanathar book--so many notes that they block out 93% of the original book.
