Having trouble posting in "General Discussion" - I keep getting the "Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 60 seconds." message, even though I haven't posted anything for much longer than that.

So, I'm here in Meta, testing my posting fu.

OK, so now let's see if I can reply to this post, forcing myself to wait > 60 seconds until I hit the "Submit Reply" button....

Now I'm checking out the difference between the quick reply and the normal reply.

Looks like quick reply defaults to the "general" icon, whereas the normal reply function gives the option of "no icon". Interesting.

Nope, I was wrong, even though I left "no icon" checked, I still get the "general" icon.

Am I the only poster left who does not have an avatar?
