That's SIR Idris Elba

Idris Elba has been awarded a knighthood (CBE) for his charity work with young people in the UK, US and Africa. For the Americans out there, a CBE is a civil award roughly equivalent in scope to to your Presidential Medal of Freedom, awarded by the head of state. Think honorary doctorate, but higher. The lower awards (OBE and MBE) presumably have US equivalents but I can't be bothered to google US civil awards any further. Gary Oldman also got one a few months ago for services to drama, as did Stephen Fry and Imelda Staunton, and I think David Beckham finally managed to snag one after years of trying.
