The Wire, Luther, the Thor movies, Suicide Squad, Kelvinverse Star Trek, one of those Fast and Furiouses, Pacific Rim, Prometheus, a lot of stuff. He’s very prolific—you’d recognise him if you saw him in something. He was also the favourite to be the new James Bond for a long long time but he’s long since aged out of that. He also a DJ, apparently, but I wouldn’t really know about that!

No, most of them are people you’ve never heard of being awarded for charity works and the like. The ones you hear about are the famous ones—the actors and musicians and athletes—because they make good headlines.

So not just actors but rather actors who have made some kind of contribution to that community - hence the need for high Charisma

Yeah, they aren't usually awarded for acting, although some actors use their platforms for service for which they do get awarded. While there are some that have been awarded for services to music, or film, or whatever, they are usually awarded for things like science, education, medicine, industry, sporting achievement, charity work, civil service, etc.
