(thinly disguised bump in a question)

Are your Saiya-Jin & Feats posted to a website somewhere?

The feats are right there in the first post, man!

As for Saiyans, check out the Saiyans thread, it should be easy enough to find. The rules are in the first post of that topic.

Update - October 26, 2002:

Added some errata along with three new feats for Saiyans: 2nd-Grade Super Saiyan, Ultra Super Saiyan, and Full-Power Super Saiyan.

Update - October 29, 2002:

Posted some errata to the Toughness chain of feats to make them even more perfect (as well as more portable into other campaigns). Also added Improved Efficient Item Creation.

I think there are plenty of examples in Dragonball that prove that Wisdom is not the score to key ki to. Goku, Vegeta, Yamcha, Krillin, Goten . . . They would all have low Wisdom scores, seeing as the all of them combined have very little wisdom, common sense, perceptions, or anything else related to Wisdom.

Basically, associating ki with Wisdom means that ki comes from the same course as a cleric's divine power. This certainly can't be the case. ANYONE, regardless of their Wisdom, should be able to access ki.

Regardless, one of the biggest pieces of proof is the very definition of ki itself, which is literally life force. That means the more life force (hit points in terms of the game) one has, the more ki one can use. What it boils down to is that outside of the monk class, there is zero justification for basing ki on Wisdom.
Judging by reply I can almost swear that you never even w"atched the dragon ballz animation nor do you understand the stat wisdom. First off if you watch the dragon ball episodes Goku does come off dumb as a door knob, however for someone who raised himself half his adolescent life he makes highly perceptive comments for his age level. Furthermore one prime shining example of Goku's ability to harness energy is not solely based on his body is the episode when the big purple dude with horns(Leader of the Ginu Force) took over goku's body, he could not even power up to a 1/10 of goku's power level, he wonders why goku tells him "UNTIL YOU LEARN TO COMBINE BODY AND MIND YOU WILL NEVER GET THE FULL POTENTIAL OF MY BODY!" (or something to that extent) Plus if we steer from just Dragon Ballz errata and take a look at another Japanimation "Fist of the North Star" the wise old father says "Perception is what unlocks the untangible power of the spirit and Power without perception is virtually useless and therefore of NO TRUE VALUE." If your going to relate different classes special abilities by stats then you might as well relate the paladin's divine abilities to the sorcerer's innate arcane spell casting ability :>P

He very now and then makes witty comments (INT). In d20, wisdom has little to nothing to do with the way a person talks or how smart he is.

Nevertheless, wisdom does seem to be the proper stat (though there might be something to be said for charisma, as 'force of personality' - ie. an extreme self awareness.)

Wisdom controls ACCESS to Ki. Thus, it should be a prerequisites for feats.

Hitpoints ARE Ki. Thus, they should be what fuels the feats, through subdual damage.

Together, we find harmony. Mind and Body, working together. One without the other is worthless.

Immortality [Epic]
You are immortal, and have left the confines of the mortal coil behind forever.
Prerequisites: Con 20, base Fort save +40, Heal 30 ranks, Toughness, Dwarf's Toughness, Giant's Toughness, Dragon's Toughness, Epic Toughness, Improved Epic Toughness, Great Fortitude, Epic Fortitude, Iron Will, Epic Will, Endurance, Epic Endurance, Remain Conscious, Extended Life Span, Great Constitution, Fast Healing, Prefect Health, Skill Focus (heal), Greater Skill Focus (heal), Epic Skill Focus (heal)
Benefit: You will live forever (your maximum age is removed) and your "death's door" range is extended by 100; in addition, you no longer suffer ability penalties for aging and cannot be magically aged, although any penalties you have already suffered remain in place and bonuses still accrue.

Just curious.... has anyone actually calculated what is the minimum possible level a PC (created using PHB & ELH only) could be to qualify for this feat?
