The Bimonthly "What's the Next Polyhedron Mini-Game" Thread

Erik, old chum. I know you're out there. And I know you shall speak when the time is ripe.

Let's think...Thunderball Rally, then Omega World, then Mecha Crusade...what comes next?

Maybe something a bit more magic-oriented, after two issues of sci-fi stuff?

Then again...people are gonna want more future-tech rules to go with the new d20 Modern. Something cyberpunkish (although that term and some of the associated trappings look pretty dated these days)? Or more outer-spacey?

Here's a thought...remember that old Alternity supplement, "Tangents"? Alternate dimensions and such? Howzabout a Sliders/Stargate sorta thing? I'd be all over that. Infinite possiblities.

But my best guess is "GeneTech", because it's probably already finished.

And Erik, if you do this and include a passing reference to Sigil...I'll send you a crisp new dollar bill.

JPL,

The next issue of Polyhedron hits subscribers on November 22nd and hits store shelves on the 10th of December. We're putting the finishing touches on it as I speak, and are very excited about the issue's contents. Here's what you'll find inside:

1) GeneTech, a setting for the new d20 Modern campaign in which genetically altered soldiers on the run from the government try to make sense of a destabilized world.

2) "PX Poker Night," a first-ever d20 Call of Cthulhu DELTA GREEN modern day horror adventure that's easily one of the creepiest things I've ever published.

3) The Polyhedron Interview: Monte Cook. I had a chance to sit down and chat with Monte a couple weeks ago. We discussed Malhavoc press and Monte's plans for the future, including one very important development that Cook's fans will be talking about for most of the next year. What is it? Read the magazine and you'll know.

Plus RPGA news from Gen Con and beyond, the ever-popular Release Roundup, Bolt & Quiver, Godlike, and more previews of upcoming d20 Modern releases.

It's a full issue for Polyhedron. :)

Cool!:D Can't wait. As always, Thanks for the update, Eric.

The next issue previews always seem to leave a lot to be desired, the fact that you give us the hook up here is much apreaciated.
