Wednesday is also (generally) a good night to go to the Ram Pub (a local bar and grill with a gen-con themed menu) because a good share of the Gen Con crowd has yet to arrive in Indy. I might suggest that, rather than the food court.

The problem with that is people will be coming and going based on when they arrive. It could be hours worth of difference.

In a food court you can push tables together, push them apart to fit the size of the group.

I have not been in the RAM to know how easy that would be. Is there waitress service? They might not appreciate people coming and going at different times.

Also, how expensive is the RAM? Can everyone afford it?

Even on Wednesday night, the Ram tends to be crowded. Especially if you want to get a table. The bar area is a madhouse. Price wise, it's not bad. $8-15 for most menu items, IIRC. Yes, they have waited tables, but there is usually a line to get one. Last year we skipped the Ram on Wednesday night becasue it had a 45 min-1 hour wait around 5pm.

As usual it sounds like you all are planning a wonderful time. Wish I was going to be there this year. But between my upcoming work schedule and the upcoming new addition to the family, it is not going to work out this year either. In any case, you all need to have a good time for those of us that won't be there.

There will be many many cameras and many many pictures to share after. Perhaps even pictures to share on a nightly basis. *nods*
