[sblock=Time for XP!]Here's what I've got for XP:
All: Trapped stairway:
- magic crossbow trap: 150 xp
- spear gauntlet trap, mishandled so as to be harder than the one in the DMG: 175 xp
- Total 325 xp, or 82 each
All: Ritual chamber encounter:
- Arnest (artillery 4) 175 xp
- Tsasha (controller leader 3) 150 xp
- Orc (brute 4) 175 xp
- Gravehound (soldier 3) 150 xp
- Total 650 xp, or 163 each
Palindrome, Tander, and Atreus: Skill challenge, escape through the sewers. Complexity 3, level 2: 375 xp, or 94 each.
Palindrome and Tander: 4 months time XP (26 Feb 2009 - 26 June 2009): 416 each
Woe: 2 months time XP (26 Feb 2009 - 26 April 2009): 208 xp
Atreus: 5 months time XP (1 January 2009 - 1 June 2009): 415 xp
Palindrome: 25 xp for drawing a picture of Mobile Fortress Bunkbed, which cracked me up.
Woe: 25 xp for having a picture of himself on his shield. That's class!
All: 1000 xp (250 each) for completing a major quest: reuniting Arnest with his family.
Bottom line:
Palindrome: 1030 xp
Tander: 1005 xp
Woe: 728 xp
Atreus: 1004 xp
Pretty sure only Atreus levels from that. Atreus, don't forget your first xp award here, either, which I only mention 'cause it's not linked from your sheet at the moment.
[sblock=Woe's XP]Since you were missing from 28th April to 18th June without any word, I don't feel comfortable giving XP for that time, or the skill challenge that took place then. Sorry; I know life happens, but next time let us know, eh?[/sblock]

Palindrome conjures his mage hand, gives his pocket mirror to it, and has the mage hand carry it to a place where he can view everything outside the door.
[sblock=DM credits]Well, first you need to have some. Usually DM credits are awarded at the end of completed adventures, as a reward for finishing the job. I don't have any credits for this yet, for example.
Now, the charter does allow you to petition (i.e. make a proposal) to be given partial credit early for long-running games. Nobody's done that yet, so I'm not sure how that would go.
Then, when you've got some, how do you spend them? Good question. Garyh is the only one who's done so so far. He just declared that he was doing it in the adventure thread, then submitted his character at the higher level. I seem to remember that there's probably something in the charter about getting DM approval to spend them mid-adventure; if not, there should be.
We don't yet have a good DM-point tracking mechanism. When we get one, which we really should do soon, this will probably be less unclear. I hope.
