Well, not that it fits the spirit of the thread, but for my Kaidan setting of Japanese horror (PFRPG), I have the first in a series of detailed map location/adventure sites published called Haiku of Horror: Autumn Moon Bath House. It's called 'haiku' because it is a set piece for a feudal Japan setting, its intended to be a concise as a map product/mini adventure (as a plug-n-play encounter for an Asian themed game), and it includes a descriptive haiku that hints at what exists at each particular site. As a haunting, the ghost victim of this location was drowned in a bath tub, she was known for her long black hair, her death occurred shortly after a secret marriage... that said...

Scented waters stir,
unbound strands aching in search
for a lovers touch.
