Was there anything in the prisoners goods that might have been a stimulant? I guess I'm thinking something like meth/speed but perhaps something tamer... expresso? Really strong tea?

Mayhap Knight Otu has been playing with the Book of Vile Darkness? :)

If the Talon uses stimulants, drugs, or something else to avoid the effects, it apprears that the prisoners where not transporting any of them. If they use something like that, it is propably stored in the keep.

ooc: I was actually thinking stimulants to avoid sleep, rather than to avoid the effects directly. Don't think we're likely to get much more information here, though.

Banion allows his mindblade to manifest in his hand, then dismisses it. He seems barely aware that he has done so.

"Are we done here?"

"Well, we could tie them up. That'd give us time to be on our way while they struggle to get out of the ropes, sort of give us a head start. Or we could just let them go and warn them that if they fight us again we will not be so mercifull. I'm also somewhat tempted to hand that obnoxious woman a sword and let her make her last stupid mistake sooner rather than later, but I shouldn't let my temper get the better of me..."

ooc: Of course, what happens to them after we tie them up is really their own problem...
(Be careful what you wish for... it may come true... :]
Anyway, I took it for granted that they are already tied up by you. If you want your prisoners to retain their full mobility, though...)
