From what was written in the other thread, Gatwa apparently didn't renew his contract once his two seasons were up. The most likely reason is that he's a rising star, and it doesn't seem things are determined about the next season yet, and he didn't want to be locked into keeping an open schedule just in case the BBC, RTD, and Disney get their act together. This is likely the reason why the finale felt so disjointed – they had to do a bunch of rewrites and reshoots in order to get to his regeneration.
I figured the Big Red Letters saying "Spoiler" in the thread heading would kind of let people know that this thread could have spoilers. Ironically, it's not stated blatantly in the open what the biggest spoiler was (though, don't watch the video if you don't want to know what the BIGGEST spoiler is, but it IS referenced by the top post) thus far. No idea where this is going after that one. Since people want spoiler tags in a spoiler thread...
I'd hypothesize this could be an opening to get the 14th doctor in on everything again...afterall, he is sort of just floating out there with the family. I mean, if Davies had two more seasons planned out, I'd imagine that this could be a way that they could go full circle (and he does like going full circle eventually as we saw with his first run) from the start of it all...to the end of it all.

I didn't mean that there was a problem having spoilers right in the open in a spoiler thread. I was reacting to the Facebookian "I'll put in this post as a spoiler buffer", which felt a bit redundant compared to just using spoiler tags.
