The Ebon Mirror: Dark Marks (Dunamin judging)

The gith positions itself among the bushes to his left, and qith a whisper and a waving of his hands, he let lose a huge force missile, that goes crashing to the ground, spreading harmful razor-sharp shards.

[sblock=Combat]
I intent to hit a square of ground and use the secondary attack to reach more targets. Here's the roll
Roll Lookup
The first roll is to hit ground, the other three are for Brander, the orc and the minion in that order. I rolled one damage roll, I think its ok, but if there is something wrong about the rolling or the "hut the ground" thing, let me know and I'll edit.[/sblock]

OOC: I'll allow targeting the ground with Force Orb. Your attack roll to hit the target square was good, and you're forfieting the main 2d8 plus Int part of the power.

Mri'thas' force orb hits the area targeted, and shatters, sending out a shard into Brander's thigh, a shard that misses the orc, and a shard that pierces the human and drops him.

Infuriated, Brander move towards the group (move to H13), then carefully moves forward and then back, swinging his chain at Ts'iri, Kama'zer, and Soldeir. Ts'iri is hit (8 damage), and the chain pulls some necritic energy from the attack, which is then expended when Kama'zer his hit (9 damage plus 3 necrotic, 12 total). The chain fails to hit Soldier, however. As he falls back, Branden taunts Tyrion, "Your sister has served us well. Ogluk has been particularly happy with her!" The shadar-kai nods towards the savage orc, who lets out a loud, lewd laugh.

"You monster!" Tyrion shouts back, tears streaming down his cheeks. "Slay him, my friends! Save Ashara!"

Ts'iri moves through the foliage in front of her, both to get a better look at the other combatants and to hide herself from their view. She feels the sting from the chain as it hits her. Hopefully she will not be such an easy target now that she's moved.

Seeing a cluster of people left of the fire, she throws a scorching burst into them. With luck she can clear some of the rabble out.

OCC: Question. I had temp HP at the end of the last fight. When do temp HP disappear? After any rest of after an extended rest? I'd look this up myself but I'm still book-less. :(

OOC: Voda Vosa, I've updated your position. If you could spell out your actions and square moved to like elecgraystone did, that'd help.

elecgraystone, Temp HP disappear at the end of the encounter they were gained in.

Ts'iri uses the foliage for concealment as she hexes Brander, then lets flame rain down on the far cluster of bandits. The elf is hit and singed, and one the humans falls dead, but the other human avoids the blast.

Soldier's axe barely grazes Brander (5 damage), but the shadar-kai is now focused on the warforged.

So, too, is the orc, who charges at Soldier, his greataxe held high. The orc, however, is wild with his swing, and misses. Nonetheless, the blade comes close enough to Soldier for the warforged to feel a chill emanating from the axe.

Next, the human bandits advance upon the group. Perhaps inspired to avoid the fate of their fellows, they prove more proficient than would seem at first glance.

The first bandit (R2) moves past Brander and charges Callen, striking the human wizard with his club (4 damage). The second bandit (R4) charges Ts'iri and his club finds her, despite the shadows and leaves she's covered herself with (4 damage). Finally, the last bandit (R5) loops around the southeastern tent and charges Ts'iri from the east, his club finding her as well (4 damage).

OOC: Tactic comment: If Kama'zer can take the bandit next to Mri'thas out of the way, there's an acid arrow waiting to meet the crowded enemies... I don't know if it's allowed to speak IC out of one's turn, if that's the case I'll like to role play that.

OOC: Tactic comment: You mean all the bad guys that were nice enough to cluster around me? There is going to be a LOT less of them after I use my armor. :) Maybe you could do something about the archer or hit the non-Rabble?
