The Ebon Mirror: Dark Marks (Dunamin judging)

Ts'iri has the satisfaction of watching the goblin's terrified features freeze into a dreadful rictus, and the light of life flicker and dim to nothing in its beady eyes.

OOC:Ts'iri also has cover fyi.

[sblock=On Treasure]Hey folks, I wanted to ask you if you have a preference for treasure. Do you want me to select treasure for you or would you like a little imput? I would not allow you to choose a specific item, but I might allow you to specify a type of weapon, a type of armor, holy symbol, etc. I am not promising this will be a democratic decision, but I would like to hear your thoughts.[/sblock]

Kama'zer slashes her scimitar again, nearly beheading the goblin in front of her before moving forward to aid Ts'iri. "Ts'iri, you have done well. But your actions were somewhat reckless. You would have incurred less damage if you had stayed behind the line of melee attackers. But at least you are alive. Shall we finish them up?"

[sblock=battle info & stat block]Standard action:Warlord's Favor on goblin in front of her at L10. (1d20+6=26, 2d8+4=13) Crit again! Max damage = 20 plus High Crit damage (1d8=6), for a total of 26 damage! If it's still alive(which I doubt), Riar'lon gets +4 bonus to attack it on his next turn.
Move Action: Move up to M6 on the bridge.
Minor Action: Inspiring Word on Ts'iri (1d6=4), so she can spend a healing surge and get 4 extra points back.

Having some say might be nice but I wouldn't be mad with it being totally up to the DM either. Not sure what category I'd want if I did get to pick yet anyway.

Edit- Probably the only specific thing Kama'zer wants is a Githyanki Silver Sword. But that's not gonna happen in this adventure I'm sure. I don't even know if they have them in the Adventurers Vault. I know they aren't in the PHB. So it'll be awhile before she can find or get one of those. I'd probably like either armor or a shield that helps protect others or move foes around the field as far as other possible chioces go. But again, I'm fine with random too.[/sblock]

[sblock=treasure]As long as it's useful treasure to someone in the party, I don't really care what it is. I also wouldn't mind if my amulet ends up doing something instead of my getting treasure.[/sblock]

The goblin in front of Kama'zer drops limply to the ground its head lolling hideously to the side.

With that the two remaining goblins turn tail and run for their lives, the warrior giving Riar'lon an opening as it sprint away. The party are victorious!

Searching through the small shack, with those who can detecting magic, for anything of value the group uncovers a set of magical chainmail, which though covered in dirt shines like burnished copper when they brush away the encrusted filth. Searching the bodies of the fallen they discover little of value upon the goblins, though there are a number of javelins, short swords, and a single hand crossbowich the party could potentially use.

Upon the bugbears person they discover an interesting set of magical gloves which have small silver shields embroidered upon the back, one on each side. They also find a heavy purse which contains a large chunk of amber - which contains a small perfectly preserved frog, seventy gold pieces, and one hundred silver pieces.

As the group takes a well deserved short rest the discover that the chainmail is a set of Exalted Armor (PHB 230 5th level) much prized by Clerics and Warlords as it increases their healing abilities.

The gloves turn out to be Gloves of Piercing (PHB 247 3rd level) an extremely potent defensive item, which they are no doubt relieved the Bugbear did not get the opportunity to use!

OOC: 125xp each, but don't bother adding to your character sheet I will post all the xp totals together when you level so you need only provide one link for the judges.

Ts'iri smiles at Kama'zer as she feels invigerated by her words. "I don't think that the melee people are any harder to hit than I am when I move." To illustrate her point she moves a bit and shadows cling to her form again. "I figured that it was better to split their attention while everyone else concentrated on the larger group. Let me take a short rest and I'll be fine." She lets her ice armor dissipate and four arrows drop to the ground. Ts'iri takes a rest as the other search and by the time they finish and have taken a rest themselves she's ready to go.

[sblock=OCC]Ts'iri takes two short rests (10 min) so she can use another healing surge and regain use of her second wind.

As far as the treasure, IMO the armor should go to Kama'zer and the gloves should go to Callen (multi-hit attacks + ignore 10 resist = win).[/sblock]

"I see." Kama'zer agrees simply after hearing Ts'iri explain. "I'll keep that in mind for my future tactical planning. Just make sure to move back close enough for us to get to you before you fall if you do need help." Kama'zer takes a short rest and examines the armor they have found after cleaning off her scimitar.

OOC: I assume since nobody else can do healing Kama'zer should wear the Exalted Chainmail? If anybody objects, please speak up. It'll slow me back down to 5 speed, but the power and the AC bonus will make it worth it I guess.

"It seems we are victorious. It couldn't been otherwise" the githyanki states. He says nothing more, standing still near the dead bugbear. He looks at the githyanki females several time, but when looked back, he looks somewhere else.
