The Ebon Mirror: Dark Marks (Dunamin judging)

Mri'Thas waves his hands in the harmonic way he moves to cast his spells, sending two orbs of purple energy to the piretop drakes. The arcane flames consumed the beast's flesh in a explosion of sparks.

OOC: Critical hit! 25 vs ref for 13 force dmg.

Groaning, Kama'zer pushes herself up off the ground after Tyrion tends her wounds. She shudders as she feels poison racing through her veins sapping her strength and numbing her limbs. Too weak to chase the drakes, she holds her sword up in one shaking hand while using the other to make a gesture inviting any of the enemies to come and get her if they can. When one comes close enough, she swings with all her might and then goes further and tries another swing while growling her rage at the beasts. Her first swing seemed to take all her energy though and her second swing is no good.

Mri'thra sends a magic missile barreling into a Spitetop Drake striking the creature in the throat and sending a fine mist of blood spraying out around the creature. The creature is now cleary badly injured and bloodied.

Gritting her teeth Kama'zer is able to shrug off the weakening effects of the posion and still remain standing - if barely.

Riar'lon still lies unconcious, but does not take a turn for the worse.

The Rage Drake makes to pounce at Murphy, but the chill air seems to sap the last of its strength and it slumps down dead at the warlock's feet.

The Pseudodragon swoops in and lashes out with it sting at Kama'zer, but the injured Gith manages to bring up her shield in time and deflect the blow. As the Pseudodragon swings, Kama'zer returns the strike in kind bringing her blade down upon the beast and carving through scale. Growling with rage she swings a second time, but the tiny drake evades her blow. Screeching in pain the creature flies back to glower at the party.

The Spiretop drakes swoop forward again, one bearing down upon Ts'irir the other upon Murphy. Fotunetly both of the beasts miss and flap of squarking irritably.

The Spitting Drake takes aim and launches another gobbit of acidic spit at Kama'zer. The Gith reels and falls again acid hissing as it once again etches into her flesh.

Murphy fires off an Eldritch blast at the most injured of the Spiretop Drakes which annihalates the creature. He then moves up next to the Pseudodragon and curses the infuriating beast.

Callen moves forward and sends a magic missile slamming home into the Pseudodragon, eliciting a angry screech.

A clearly fearful Tyrion glances to Kama'zer and then Riar'lon in turn looking unsure. However, the Eladrin finally moves to the ranger and attempts to revive him. Unfortunetly he has spent too much time deciding and needs more time to help Ria'lon.

[sblock=Voda Vosa]Ah, I see what you mean. No, I didn't miss it I just didn't write them up. You dealt 13 damage to the Spiretop Drake that was killed. FYI it had 29 HP so your attack actually bloodied it sending it to 22 damage. I just forgot to write it up - I'll go ahead and add the description in. You didn't move right?[/sblock]

[sblock=Death saving throw]first Death saving throw (1d20=13)
One success. Now I just have to keep doing that until the fight is over and we rest!
Sorry I forgot to roll my save against the poison, but I like your result just fine considering that if that had failed I would have had the first L4W character approved and the first killed. Not a record I hope to set.[/sblock]
Kama'zer's breathing is shallow but stable for the moment. The acid seems to have burned itself out in her flesh and the sizzling has stopped.

[sblock=OOC]Well you can actually be stabalized by a heal check, which Tyrion will likely attempt after reviving Riar'lon. Things are looking a little less TPKish to my eye ;). Obviously I don't really believe in going easy on PCs, but Tyrion making heal checks seem like a relatively small thing.

On another note, has anyone heard from Renau1g? Its been sometime since hes posted. I don't mind NPCing for a while, but I'm not sure when to call it sort of thing.

And on yet another note what do you guys think about me stealing Graf's idea of a +1 bonus to rolls made within 24 hours of my post? Its a nice way to reward swift posting which will hopefully encourage a fast paced game. Thoughts?[/sblock]
