The Ebon Mirror: Dark Marks (Dunamin judging)

"Well a golem is a less complicated, bigger, and more stubborn version of your kind. They are complex artifacts, that like you did, require a great deal of craftsmanship and arcane power to build. Golmes can be built of many materials, even soft and wet clay. The golems generally can understand basic commands and obey without doubt. Perfect meatballs if you ask me." Mri'Thas explains delighted to his new pupil.

The warforged gawks and listens intensely to what Mri'Thas says and then he exclaims, "I like you! you are just like Dheus, he also explained things for me, he told me about the sun, the night and other things one was supposed to know." He then looks down with sad expression and he continues, "I miss him. he was my friend and I wasn't alone althought this isn't being alone either and yet it also is" he takes a moment. He then raises head, and then tells you, "OH, I think I forgot something" He then give a military salute and in attention says, "greetings, my name is Soldier, I am an adventurer." as does that he notices Ts'iri and says, "sorry, what did you say? I was lost in your friend's lecture so I didn't hear you"

In the nearest cottage a light flares behind the shuters followed shortly after by the creak of a door and the emergence of a thin man wielding a loaded, but lowered crossbow.

"Soldier just what is all a this hollerin' this late of night? You got yerself company? Who are ye folks and what's yer business," there is a pause as the fellow appears to squint at the group, "better ask what ye are as well..."

Soldier turn to face the newcomer and tell him, "It's allright, they're friendlys and I did what you told me to do, Master Doakes"
then apologeticly says, "OH, forgot to ask them that, sorry, although I can see one is human" pointing at Callen, "the others I don't know what they are but they seem nice"

"We are..." Kama'zer looks to either side at Mri'thas and T'siri with a slight smile. "We are of the Gith race. Uncommon in these lands, and unusual for as many as three of us to wind up together on a mission but such is the truth. We are hunting a group of bandits called the Brander's who have abducted this Eladrin's woman."

Ts'iri watched and listened. This mechanical man seemed to have been just activated. Unlike Mri'Thas, his construction held no interest for her and it seemed he wouldn't have any knowledge she'd want. She sighed slightly. At least they might be able to find some kind of lodging here.

OOC: :-S not to nitpick but it is Ozymandias, not Ozymandius but to make it easy call me Ozy.
OCC: Oops, sorry. I used the spelling from the GM's intro and it seems he spelled it wrong. ;)

"Yes, we are plane travelers. Originally we were here to conquer and eradicate, to search and destroy; the races of this world were meant to be slaves. But we live under different philosophy now." Mri'Thas shows another bit of his charismatic personality.

"Giff? Never heard of ye, but then I suppose I would ha' if'n ye were up te no good. If'n yer after the Brander's ye can consider yerselves welcome here at any rate. N' if yer after that bunch e black hearted bandits ye might find the tincan 'ere useful, take him with ye, if anything can be said of him its that he can swing and axe. Besides 'e gives me the willies!"

Doakes turns to Soldier and his speech becomes slower as he draws out each word,

"You Soldier go with the Giffs, kill the Branders. Then you follow them and take care of them. No place for you here."

He turns to the group again, and motions to a rough low structure besides his cottage.

"Well if Giffs need to sleep ye can stay in the barn yonder for the night, there's clean straw and the cows keep the heat in."

With that he turns on his heel and muttering inaudibly to himself heads back into the cottage.

As Soldier has his attention on Ts'iri and waiting for her answer, he turns towards the other giths when they speak of something that sparks his curiousity first at Kama'zer and says, "So Gith is what you are, interesting" then to Mri'Thas whose words seems to confuse him, "Plain travelers?? why not walk on the road instead of on the field?" after which he rudely interrupted by Doakes

The warforged turns to and replies to Doakes, "yes, sir, glad to do that, it is boring here anyway and I think the lady said GITHS, not giffs" then turns once to face Kama'zer(as she looks to be in charge and most military) again, this time he salutes her again and tells her, "Requesting permission to join your squad, Lady!" eagerly awaiting her answer

OOC: soldier sure to be dizzy if we keep this up for long, I mean if he keeps spinning around as he does currently :)

Callen remains quiet beside his friends. He greets the warforged, yet another oddity on this strange journey, accepting Soldier into their abnormal group. A strong arm will serve them well these coming days he imagined.
