The Faerie Woods [Knight Otu Judging]

OOC: Is this a medium or small shortsword?

Percy makes herself busy in those three days. Doubtlessly, Trimble's cottage lacks a woman's touch. She busies herself cleaning and mending drapes, sheets, robes etc. She puts Gorefoot to work sweeping and fixing things. She feels Trimble is doing them a great service and would very much like to do him a service in return. It's also a nice break from the looming violence to come.

Rodimus takes most the time trying to perfect his kicks and punches, ending up doing quite a bit of damage to the trees around the cottage. And unless Trimble remembers to reclaim the staff that he borrowed from the wizard, he keeps it.

"Nars. You should take this sword. And we should go. The clock is ticking for me..." Percy gazes anxiously at her dwindling fey food supply. "I'm not looking forward to this, but we must return to the woods and again hunt that redcap. I've been thinking about strategy. We simply must get that necklace away from him at the beginning. Otherwise, he'll escape at the last minute like last time, assuming we can even beat him. I think I'll make both Nars and Rodimus invisible, and the two of you can try to jump him and tear it off. Dangerous, but unavoidable, I fear."

"Anyway, everyone ready to go? Thanks so much Trimble. I won't forget you. You really need to get to town now and then. Meet a nice lady and such."

"Er, thankyou Trimble, for the, ah, use of these fine blades," says Nars as he hands the masterwork shortswords back to Trimble.
At Percy's direction, Nars reverantly takes the Feybane sword from Trimble's hands. "You, er, are truly a master of the craft." Turning to his friends, "I will, er, do my best to, ah, wield it well."
As they are packing up to leave, Nars asks, "Trimble, as an, er, wizard, do you have any, ah, scrolls that would, er, weaken a foe, or a, make an ally larger or stronger? We would, ah, pay for them, ah, of course."

OOC: Nars is looking specifically for Ray of Enfeeblement or Enlarge, though he does not know the names.
OOC2: Nars would "remind" Rodimus to return the staff, but might not notice so I rolled a spot check.Spot check (1d20+6=11)
I would guess around a DC 15, so I'll say he doesn't notice.

Percy sighs. "It's a good idea, Nars, but we haven't proven to be much good at reading and casting spells from scrolls. I suppose its worth a shot, though, if we could get one that would weaken our foe. His strength makes removing the necklace quite difficult."

Gorefoot glances down at the chain shirt he is wearing. "Trimble, do you think I could buy this chain shirt? I've got some studded leathers I could trade to you as part of my payment. And I could use a sling and some cold iron sling bullets, if you got any."

OOC: Not sure how much a Masterwork Chain Shirt is, but I think Gorefoot can afford it. And he'd like to pick up a few cold iron sling bullets as well.

How much does the Fey-Woven Leaf Clothing that Gorefoot has weigh? (I'll ask about value later).

With his attention drawn back to the items he had leant the party, Trimble agrees to sell them to those who wish to keep them.

"Did you want to buy that staff, Mr. Rodimus?"
