Not sure yet. I like some of the twists you've put into the setting though. Let me read up a bit and see what I come up with.

I think an unusually tall hill dwarf with a scaggly beard and the charlatan background - false id is for a minor noble human teenager. Rogue, probably eventually go for Arcane Trickster. First feat at 4th, right? Probably linguistics. Do I need to roll up stats on a board somewhere or is it on the honor system? Note:first time playing the new edition.

This is kinda embarrassing.....I've been looking for 15 min, and haven't been able to find the enworld dice roller. Help pls? Also just looked at the other pcs - they look kind of high powered for first level. Is this a feature of 5e or am I missing something?

The other PCs are about right. Its partially a 5E thing and partially a me thing. Unless a player wants to challenge themselves with 3d6 down the line, I like PCs to be fairly potent, so to speak.

As for EN World's dice roller, its hidden in plain sight, so to speak.

Just use the [ roll ] tags without the spaces. So, for example...

[ roll ] 1d20+1 [ /roll ]

becomes...

[roll0]

Invisible Castle is actually slightly better for rolling ability scores since it has a roll stats section. But, the [] roll tags are more convenient for most everything else.

Possssssibly. Though the thing that makes the relationship interesting is that Ilshana, my character, is quite afraid of true fey. She believes she may actually be half-fey, not half elf (never met her dad that she remembers), and is always fretting they may come and take her away some day.

So if she knows you're the paw...er...the associate of the true fey, there'd have to be a pretty good reason for her to hang around you. :)

Hey Shayuri, are you still creating this character? Because I am interested in meeting her in the IC thread... :P

Looks like there's quite enough charlatains, so thinking urchin instead. I've seen several articles online talking about the possibility of 5e half-orcs being part dwarf, but having trouble finding the reference in borrowed books - thinking of it as a way to tie my character to Mt. Rainer and give him a reason to want to explore.
