D&D 5E The Fall of Blackmoor (OOC)

I'll give up disguise kit proficiency then, if that's alright? There are already players specializing in that.

And it's ok with me if my PCs ability to exist remains a mystery, or if at some point down the line you want to use DM fiat. I'm personally less interested in the science of it and more interested in the relationships - What else (besides the obvious) did the arrangement between my PCs mother and father entail? Why did this seem like a good idea? Did they truly love each other? Would my PCs dad be happy to see him? You get the idea.

Any other one proficiency (tool, language, or skill).

Any of the other players have ideas on how a dwarf/orc mule might have been created?
Diplomatic marriages. Perhaps aided by some form of magic to produce a tangible (and living) bond between two families, armies, or organizations.

Perhaps the combined (clerical?) magic of the two factions would produce enough to make it happen. Or genetic experiments with the remnants of modern technology.

Finally done with character creation. Kini Blackhammer, Half-Orc Urchin Rogue, who has spent the last several years begging on the streets of Blackmoor, is ready to be put in the game. Should I post first or should I wait for you?

Guang, Character looks good. I am going to create a background link between your character and Phoenix8008's character, Jeremiah, which you guys can play out however you like. You were both present at Mt. Rainier when the dwarves there were attacked by Blackmoor. Both of you were somewhat unique residents and thus likely at least heard of each other (the gnome seeking refuge from elves and the strange hybrid).

[sblock=Secrets for Phoenix8008]Jeremiah was likely consulted at some point about hybridization experiments the dwarves were working on using captured orcs. They were attempting to create more powerful foot soldiers using ancient secrets from the ruins of Seattle. One of the dwarven alchemists mentioned an underground research complex they had discovered from the time before the Shattering where humans were conducting similar experiments during their war with the dragons.[/sblock]

[sblock=Secrets for Guang]The stone Kini's mother gave him contains the secrets of his creation...and more. Kini's mother had cryptically said that it held the key to defeating Blackmoor. The runes are gibberish to Kini, however.[/sblock]

Ooooooooh! My secret is cool too! Looking forward to moving along with the group. I'll add this to my "Information Discovered" section in the Rogues Gallery, but I'll keep it sblocked or hidden somehow.

Hey all. Kira wanted me to let you know she's having some trouble getting onto ENW, and she'll be back as soon as she can. I can reach her if you have need of contacting her. :)
