That’s a pretty interesting theory. I firmly disagree with the writers and agree with the directors about Endgame, since by the rules established by the film Steve must have produced a different timeline by going back to 1945 and living the rest of his life with Peggy. He’s very likely to have done all he can to change things for the better using his foreknowledge - saved Bucky, prevented Hydra from taking over SHIELD, prevented the assassination of the Starks*, prevented Janet from being lost in the Quantum Realm*, etc - so it’s quite possible that would produce a more utopian world by 1963 or whenever FF is set. Would he still be active as Captain America? Maybe not, at that point he’s been an active superhero for nearly 30 years in his own timeline, time to take a break.getting back to the actual world

A Dark MCU Theory Suggests This Controversial Avengers Moment Created Fantastic Four: First Steps' Alternate Timeline
The Fantastic Four: First Steps takes place in an alternate timeline from the MCU, but its retro 1960s world may have been created by a familiar hero.www.cbr.com
*Of course these things are due after 1963, probably sometime in the 1980s and 1970s respectively.
Really? Was that actually said in the movie??In the MCU, Bucky killed President Kennedy, so that’s a change that would occur in the very year in question.
