Ok so a Fist is 'constantly surrounded by a Magic Circle vs Evil effect' so does this mean that he can attack a creature without it dissapating?

If you refer to the hedging part of a magic circle, once he attacked a summoned creature (or forced himself upon it), that creature would no longer be subject to the hedging out.
