-- By way of a Singhoth, a dralto may borek.
-- The third son may or may not be born after the second child. It depends.
-- Mixing oil and water is not tasty to Florio.
-- The person you met exactly one year ago, hour for hour, is now drinking a beer. If you didn't met anyone at this time, there still is someone drinking a beer at this very moment.
-- One hour ago, in the distant city of Sera, a merchant had 23 gold pieces in his pocket.
-- The best spell on the now destroyed spellbook of Demetrios was located on the third page.

A fish stick is neither a fish, nor is it a stick.

(I find the name of this magic item immensely humorous; my wife's nickname for me is "the Font of Useless Knowledge"[/b].)

There are exactly two kinds of people in this world: those who listen to me, and those who don't.

The favorite national pastime of your homeland a thousand years ago was rabbit-chasing.

-- Starving may be dangerous for one's health.
-- He who shaved his head, is still able to use his hands.
-- Two women don't make an apple.
-- Going at random may bring you nowhere.
-- Seven dwarves do not necessarily attract a young and fair maiden.
-- Winged cows are generally unheard of, unlike winged horses.
-- If you keep asking this wand you may become bored as well.

-The dodongo is mainly frugivorous, but supplements its diet with plants and sometimes small vertebrates such as flying squirrels and infant duikers.

Which aren't useless ?
Not useless info said:
7. Mimics are unable to mimic the form of a comfy chair.

17. Darkvision is a gift from the old gods - they can see everything you can see with it.

34. Smoking is hazardous to your health.

59) Most pirates wearing eye patches actually have two good eyes - they switch the patch from one eye to the other to avoid the adjustment period when going belowdecks.

27) The Druidic language is not a language at all, but a specialized Tongues like ability which allows any druid to understand the intent of any other druid's speech, even if the other druid is babbling in deliberate gibberish.

-Any dwarf that sleeps more than 6 hours in room 21 of the Dancing Devil Inn won't wake up with a hangover, no matter how much alcohol they drank before going to sleep.

-The milk from a Night Hag can be made into a cheese that is a delicacy to Drow. Its current fair market value is 2400 gp/lb.

-Phase spider silk can be woven into a net that can be used to catch creatures on the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane. Phase Spiders cannot be caught with this silk-net.
All of those have use to adventurers, even if it's not information that will be useful every day of their lives. (The hangover one is especially useful to dwarf adventurers and those who have to spend time with them.)

  • At least 1.5% of the surface elf population is actually composed of albino drow
  • Dwarves have a racial affinition for doing macramé
  • Many magic spells have alternate material components that work just as well. For example, the spell darkness also works with the stub of a yellow candle that has been burned in broad daylight.
  • Elves are among the few humanoid races that can lick their own elbows.
  • Ethereal filchers do not cast shadows underwater
  • All oozes have DR 5/Spoon
  • Nothosonomia is the act of calling someone a bastard
  • Quisquilious means trashy, worthless
  • Someone who never laughs is called an agelast
  • Caseifaction is the act of turning into cheese
