The Force Unleashed has arrived . . .

Wii version is different. Very different.

[sblock]Proxy never tries to kill you. In the Wii version I killed vader and was about to take his place at the emperor's side, then betrayed the emperor and then got soundly beaten and turned into some sort of half machine half human mutant. So in the Wii version, you never rescue the leaders of the rebellion, you kill vader, and then get jacked by the emperor. All in all, I say continuity is broken. Oh, did I mention that that ending took place aboard the first unfinished death star? That would put Vader dead before "A New Hope"[/sblock]
[sblock]That's not a difference between the Wii and the other versions.

That's the difference between the Light Side and Dark Side endings. You got the Dark Side ending, which isn't canon. At the end of the Death Star level, you're presented with that "Save Kota or Kill Vader" moment...i.e. light or dark.

Saving Kota is the canon ending, and is much, much different and ties everything up save for Kota himself...well, and maybe Juno but I wouldn't put her down as that important compared to Kota.

As for PROXY, what do you mean by that? That would be a major MAJOR change that i doubt they'd have done and haven't heard before. In the very first meeting with PROXY, he jumps down and ambushes Starkiller as Obi-Wan but doesn't kill him. Just an introduction to his primary programming. Then you get that fight with him later on. Beyond that is when he gets his programming damaged and then you have the PROXY as Obi-Wan attacking Vader to distract him from Starkiller.[/sblock]

The comic book adaptation is very good.

Also, I believe you can already use the Force on a star destroyer with just the core rulebook and the spenditure of a Destiny Point.

And it's great how close to the original concepts of Star Wars the characters are (Skywalker originally was to be called Starkiller, and was a Luke + Han mix; Obi-Wan was more roguish, more akin to Kota).

Wow, a secret conversation :)

[sblock]In the Wii version you never fight proxy. In fact the only hint that he tries to kill you is on your ship where you switch uniforms. He says something like one day I will full fill my primary program of killing you or something. I just ignore it and have him show me the various uniforms that I can choose.

When Proxy showed up as Obi-wan to fight vader that was the first time that I had seen Obi-wan.

As far as choosing, I am unaware of how I made that choice. I'm going through it again with all my powers so It should be a bit easier. I'll see if there is a choice that I can make.[/sblock]
