I always liked thouls, though they were a D&D thing that originated with a typo and never made it out of 2e. Pity.
Still I'm not sure that we need more goblins. Goblin, hobgoblin and bugbear is usually sufficient. Blues and thouls have an okay niche for elite and/or special goblins, but I've never seen the need for stuff like norkers, xvarts, etc. And nilbogs are a dumb gotcha monster.
