The Gods are gone...now what?!?

A few weeks ago, a wonderfully imaginative person came up with the idea of a world where whoever dies is resurrected the next morning.
I couldn't find the thread, so I can't give the poster credit for his post, but you know who you are.

His name was Philip José Farmer, and he actually came up with the idea several decades ago...he wrote a series of books about it he called Riverworld: one morning, everyone who has ever lived wakes up on the banks of a giant river...in short order, they discover that anyone who dies returns the next morning (somewhere else along that river).

I have no idea if the poster read these books, but as they're considered SF classics it's pretty likely that they'd at least heard of them at some point, and I thought I'd give credit where it's due.

I have to agree with what everyone has said here. If you want a great way of dealing with Deicide, Requiem of a God is the BEST thing for you.
