Chris,

Will the sale be extended to European distributors like Esdevium?

And this reply:

Yes, the sale was offered to all our distributors.

I contacted Esdevium and got this reply :(

Hi

I believe that originally it was a US only offer, then we were offered it. When we looked at the stock that was made available, we decided not to do it.

So who's the next publisher to make a sale? :D

I dunno. I was highly temptd by the GRR sale, though I realized upon looking at the stock that I had already owned the sale products I had an interest in and didn't get much use out of them. The sole exception being the Advanced Bestiary - which I skipped because I looked at my shelf, realized that I own approximately five bestiaries that I have yet to use in actual play, and thought "Eh, I probably have enough to last me for another five years". I hope the next publisher to 'clean house' is one that I haven't bought a bunch of product from in the past or, alternatively, one that has a grip of stuff I'm likely to use in the future.

Or maybe someone from GR can tell me that they'll put the PDFs on sale, too, just for a limited time maybe? Pretty please? :)

I live in a condo and have more books than book shelf space and have not bought myself a physical book in years. I'm going to regretfully pass this sale up as I did the Kenzer one. I buy lots of pdfs, particularly when they are on huge discount sales.

I would buy a lot of pdfs from GR if they put them out for a comparable sale.

In a second.

Both the ones I have in print (Creatures of Freeport, Aasimar and Tiefling, etc.) and the ones I'm awfully interested in (Thieve's World, Book of the Righteous, etc).

I already own a few GR pdfs (Testament, Book of Fiends, Freeport Trilogy, Advanced Bestiary) but I would gladly buy a ton more at these prices.

QFT. QFT. QFT. I would buy the same books in PDF if they had the same sale. As a matter of fact, I would have bought every book in PDF that I already didn't have. I have a lot in both PDF and print, but I would love to be able to fill out my PDF library.

Almost all the books I wanted from the sale, I already have in print, though I did get a few of the $2 ones. Regrettably, I didn't get Crisis in Freeport in print, nor did I get one of the Artifacts of the Ancients because they were unable to order them.

If they did this in PDF, they'd have easily gotten at least $50 from me.

Thanks for contacting them - I hadn't got round to it yet.

Hmm, will have to see what the cost is through paizo with shipping and customs and see if it's worth it...

Hi - I had a look at this. I think I was planning to spend about $50 which would incur around $120 worth of P&P. Eventhough it's probably still worth it (from a purely objective point of view) I just can't justify that level of cost on P&P.

Erekose, try messing around with what's in your order. You might find that you can lower the shipping a lot by removing 1 or 2 items or by shipping them in 2 separate lots. I found with my order (shipped to Australia) that adding 1 extra item bumped the shipping from around $38 to $75. After messing around a bit with what was in my order I was able to get most of what I wanted and still keep the shipping price to $38.
