Ok the Basic.
32 point buy;2000xp;900 Axarian Gobelet

As stated in the talking the talk threads you can read a bit about the setting in the other thread.

The Axyrian empire is located south of Mergovie. Axyr controls either by military or economically most of the known world. Axyr is a very lawful empire. Most of its success is based on its extremely disciplined culture. The game will start in Axyr itself. The capital city is the largest city of the known world. The current Empress is an Elven Wizard of great power that spend most of her time in the Great Library. The Great Librabry is said to contain at least one copy of each book ever written. The city is extremely wealthy in the center but the outer ring is extremely poor. People from all over the world trying to make it in the empire live there. Gladiatorial combat are legal and extremely popular and are an easy but dangerous way to make it to the top. Most Empreror were magic-user of some sort but it is not a magocracy. Slavery is also accepted. Most of the slave are from the southern colony and are very dark skined people (Humans, Elves, Dwarf, Gnome and Halfling).

In the north, west of Mergovie lies the Barbarian tribes, They have been resisting succesfully the invasion from their two neighboors quite succesfully for hundreds of years. Last year they almost fell to the Mergovian. But for some reason the Mergovian army were called back as they were about to conquer them. Axyr too busy with other problem in its numerous colony was not able to gather enough troops to take that opportunity to finish them off.

The southern portion of the Barbarian land is currently controlled by the empire. Maintaining this portion of land is rough on the army but the region contains a lot of Adamantite.

Rich Axyrian uses a lot of TechnoMagic but it is extremely limited and extremely expensive.

The law of the country is very similar to Mergovie. Strict and apply to the letter. There are different type of citizen: Empreror, Governor, Army Commander (General), Grand Councellor (highest religious position), Minister (Member of Parliment with responsability) and Councellor(High Priest), Elected (Member of Parliment), Prime Citizen(Rich Citizen) and Priest and High Ranked Officer, Citizen and Officer, Popular (larger part of the population not allowed to vote, most immigrant fall here) Elite Soldier, Free Worker and Soldier, Slave.

Recently small political group with short life span, started to form semi secret political group that would like to overthrow the Empress. They do not agree with her very diplomatic foreing policy and would like a change of ruling. They know that they can't wait for her to die since she will probably outlived them all. Most of those groups are simply planning to use the legal system to overthrow her but some radical group would like to kill her.

The Axyrian Emperor is always designated by the previous Emperor and the Ministers. The last Emperor Glendor was a human fighter of great loyalty who fell in love with an Elven wizard. Before dying he convinced the minister that she was perfectly fit for the role. Some say that she used magic on the poor fighter and some of the minister to get there. Some others say that she really loved Glendor and didn't really wanted to be Empress. The facts are that since she is there the empire is running very well, the Empress rules the empire with great wisdom and intelligence.

BACKGROUND
Dion was found as a babe near a beautiful woman who died shortly after childbirth in a mountain cave in the outskirts of Mergovia by Uther, an elderly woodsman. The only peculiar item found on his mother was a silver medallion, depicting a falcon grasping a rose in its claws on one side, and the words “Athos Mitas Alvia CCIX” on the other. As of yet, nothing has been found about Dion or his origins. Uther raised Dion as his own son, teaching him the skills of the ranger.
Dion had a hard time growing up amongst other youths who would always regard him as an outsider. He has been very reclusive for most of his life. Last year Uther contracted a lung disease that let him wither slowly to his death. The mighty woodsman is no more. He left no children other then his foster child Dion. His estate, two square miles of farming land, were handed down to Dion. Dion has decided to gain some wealth by adventuring in stead of becoming a farmer.

What is your weapon focus short sword or quarterstaff. Your attack bonus should be +4 for non focused weapon and +5 for focused weapon. Also put the stats when you are using your TWF feat.

Looks like a sort o' Roman campaign. No senators, consulars or legionares?

Appearance: Eolan is a relatively tall man of average build, though perhaps a bit on the toned end of the spectrum. His face is finely chiseled and clean-shaven, and he has a head of short, messy red hair. His eyes are greyish-blue, with a keen glint to them.

Most of the time, Eolan wears a dark blue tunic, dark brown trousers, and soft, black knee-boots. When going into combat, he dons a brigandine vest (studded leather armor), and wields a pair of finely-crafted short-swords. He also carries five throwing daggers, a shortbow, and a quiver of arrows.

Background: The son of a settled adventurer in a small town in Mergovia, Eolan grew up without any need unfulfilled. By adolescence, he was beginning to become restless, so, at the age of fifteen, he set out into the world, not without giving his parents a heartfelt goodbye. Traveling from town to town, he learned subterfuge, swordsmanship, and all manner of other skills.

In the last few years, he has begun using his skills to help others, but he is still restless at heart.

The Living ENWorld board had a link to the file...I'll just go ahead and attach it here, since it's only 3k...

Don't forget that this campaign takes place in the Axyrian Empire. My other PBP game is in Mergovie a country located at the North of the Empire. I don't see any problem if you come from that country but everything will begin in Axyr.

Sorry I shouldn't have included the link to the other post it seems more confusing than helping.
