[sblock=ooc]Wow, Patronis, you just provoked on the move to where you went, then provoked again twice more with the two attacks and even took the rogues flank. I know you have temps, but when were almost finished there's no reason to chance getting crit like that. You also might want to mention in your post when you've moved more than 3 squares so the DM remembers you have Shadow Walk. Lastly, don't forget you have prime shot, when your adjacent to a target, no ally is closer to the target than you.

I wasn't planning on moving in adjacent to him but I guess I have to if he doesn't die if we want the rogue to be able to finish him off due to needing the flank, [/sblock]
[sblock=ooc]Did Gray Scale take his damage and -2 penalty from Brenwar's challenge when he took the OA on Mira? I know he missed but he should still take damage for that.
Also, Brenwar already had the kobold marked, no need to do that every round unless your changing your mark to someone else[/sblock]
Shayla sees the end is near and draws hope with her attacks. Focusing on keeping her groups wounds light she versus her favorite prayer. One that allows her enemies sacrifice to aid an ally.
[sblock=actions]Standard: Sacred Flame on Gray Scale 21 vs. Reflex for 7 damage and Cheysuli get's to make a save. (Sorry, hit enter before I put in the notes what it was for on the attack roll)

Mr Bricks' turn depends on the health of the grey scale kobold.

Option A - the kobold is alive at the start of Mr. Bricks' turn.

Taking advantage of the kobolds' discomfort at finding itself surrounded by enemies, Mr Bricks just manages to slip his knife around its defenses and bite deeply. As the kobold falls Mr. Bricks moves closer to the slinger.

[sblock= Actions - option A]Stabdard Action: Piercing StrikeAttack vs Reflex +2 Combat Advantage (1d20+10=13)
Backstab Damage (1d4+4+2d8=12)

Move Action: If grey scale is dead then move to M9 (if it is still alive then Mr. Bricks will hold his ground).

Minor Action: none
[/sblock]

Option B - the grey kobold is already dead

Mr Bricks moves closer to the slinger and throws his dagger which sticks in its stomach.Mr Bricks then readies himself with his short sword.

[sblock=Actions - option B] Move Action: Move to M9

Standard Action :Sly Flourish (ranged)Thrown Dagger v. AC (1d20+8=14) - which I believe is a hit.

[sblock=ooc] Mala once he provoked one the other two are kind of moot aren't they? The poor kobold onlyy gets one OA during his turn so once he provoked once might as well go to town.[/sblock]
[sblock=Initiative]3) Patronis (20)30/30 HP
6) Shayla (19) 20/20 HP
8) Mr. Bricks (18) 17/24 HP

13) Sling Kobold (9) 19 Damage Bloodied
14) Miranna (8) 14/29 HP
15) Brenwar (2) 20/29 HP[/sblock]

As patronis maneuvers himself to cut off the Shadowscales escape it takes a swipe at his legs, hoping that in his haste the warlock is unable to dodge. The sword swings low and catches patronis in the shin, causing him to stumble through the last few steps of his dash, blood collecting at his feet. Growling his frustration Patronis gathers fell energy around his hands and sends it hurtling at the shadowscale kobold. Cackling at it's success the kobold ducks under the first blast, and as Patronis lets another fly the kobold lets his shield soak up the assault.

Shayla invokes holy flame, casting its reflected radiance on Cheysuli. Despite both her attempts Cheysuli remains engulfed by the burning pitch, which is beginning to eat through her clothing and draw dangerously close to the skin. The Shadowscale however did not fare nearly as well, writhing in pain as its scales curl at the ends from the divine flames and it drops to the ground.

Moving toward the remaining kobold, Mr. Bricks hurls a dagger which buries itself hilt deep in the beasts stomach, eliciting a sharp yowl. As the kobold squeals Mr. Bricks draws his shortsword and readies himself.

[sblock=ooc]true, only get one per turn, but if he chose to not take it once, or twice, he could take it a third time, and at that point the only penalty for taking it was the -2 to hit from being marked[/sblock]

[sblock=slinger damage]shouldn't it be at 19? Miranna charged and Mr. Bricks tossed a dagger?[/sblock]

Cheysuli Sage

Despite her burning attire, Chey is resolute in her aim to end this fight as quickly as possible. As the grey kobold falls in the divine flames of Shayla's attack, Chey's form again morphs to autumn leaves which playfully dance across the road before refoming closer to the final draconic foe.

[sblock=Pact Boon]misty step - Teleport to H9 when grey kobold dies.[/sblock]

So close to the fell creature that had; just moments before, enveloped Chey in pitch, she is overcome with a sudden rage. Hey eyes gleam with a red hue and the hairs on her arms and neck stand on end; crakling with her anger.

"You have reached the winter of your life lizard, time to feed the earth that you have so greedily taken from!"

Green flames erupt from her eyes, mouth and hands streaming straight toward the lone raider.

[sblock=Actions]
move - substitute for minor - curse kobold slinger.
minor - infernal wrath for +1 attack and +4 damage.
standard -

save vs OG fire (1d20=6)
[sblock=OOC]Chey has fire resist 5, so she won't have taken any damage from the OG fire ;)[/sblock]

The kobold scrambles between Chey's legs, and back around front as she attempts to track it with the blast of eldritch might. As the blast subsides the kobold smirks. Dropping it's sling and drawing a dagger it lunges at Cheysuli screaming at the top of its lungs.

The blade scrapes Cheysuli, cutting a thin line on her arm. The kobold cackles, as if more then a little deranged.

You may kill me adventurersss but the shdowss wil get you!
[sblock=Actions]Sling (1d20+5,1d4+3=[10, 5], [2, 3])
Sling - Minor Action to draw dagger
Standard Action to attack Chey (hit) 5 damage[/sblock]

Miranna stepped forward again, pressing her attack on the remaining kobold. As she swung, the air rumbled as shivered as if with the echo of distant thunder...

OOC: Booming Blade against the sling kobold (will Shift if necessary); +7 vs. AC= 26; 1d8+4 possible damage= 12; rolls Roll Lookup ; that should hit- if the foe is adjacent to me at the start of its turn and moves away, it takes 1d6+2 thunder damage, but I don't think it will survive another turn.

With a sound like thunder clapping at the end of her blade, Miranna hacks into the kobolds body. The impact sends it hurtling through the air, one half splitting away from the other before they drop to the ground. The battlefield is deafeningly silent after, and you all breath a sigh of relief as it registers that you have fought and won your first battle together.

[sblock=ooc] 100 exp each for the fight. Good job guys! Glad that went well despite some hiccups, mostly on my part. But failure is one of the best teachers, so onward![/sblock]
