[sblock=Healing] My understanding was Shayla already suggested a few 5 minutes stops to use her healing words. so assuming you did that everyone is at full with one healing surge by my count[/sblock]

Following Miranna and Cheysuli's advice, everyone takes a short break allowing Shayla to work the blessings of her god upon them. Rested and as hale as possible the group sets out again toward Maoleth.

The walk is uneventful and you all have time to ponder the days events. Who or what is Shadraxil, who are the shadowed oness, and why wee kobolds, normally content to harass only those who came near there homes venturing forth and attacking armed patrols.

Your thoughts are brought up short as just after sunset you approach the walled compound surounding Maoleth. Several small farm houses dot the surrounding hill, but they appear dark and uninhabited.

In the name of the Platinum Shogun, state your name and business! Comes the cry from atop the wall, a deep resonating baritone voice lending weight to the command.
