It's hard to reasonably coordinate for a surprise round since we didn't pre-arrange it... but I say Vixo should go for a bluff vs Insight to see if he can sucker punch the nearby guard in a surprise round and then we all roll for initiative.

Ok, if you guys want to attack I'm gonna need a Insight Roll out of Vixo to see if he notices your plan, if he fails he's gonna be on the wrong end of a surprise round. If he makes it then I'll allow his bluff attack on his init. Basically if someone's gonna do something you guys will have to do it soon.

If Skalisss bought the Chief's story he might very well try to talk the party into going down and pursuading the Goblins to restore the water flow (one way or another). His Insight check was 15, what was his read?
