We are not in initiative: I'm happy keeping the flow of the story without a rigid order/action economy, so long as it makes sense.

Hm. I'll say Thateous can keep his rolls, but Federigo is trying to hold onto two people: it may be easy to get a paw on them but not so easy to stop them from moving.

Nicolo and The Magdalena can roll Acrobatics or Athletics with Advantage to try and break his grip. Fair?
 






Well, he grabbed Nicolo's friend, then grabbed Nicolo. How else is he supposed to reapond?

"I'm sorry, sir, but would you kindly let go of my arm so I can go find my friend who just disappeared when you grabbed her?"
