Interestingly Temeura was 41 (Bobas current age, not accounting for Sarlacc scarring and and Kaminoan clone tech shenanigans) in AotC:

They've played up the Sarlacc stomach acid scarring as being the cause of his more weathered look (and to cover up for the fact he's nearly 20 years older than he should be!).

She's at least 17 there.

Tano is noticeably younger by a year or two (she's likely around 15 years old here) and she was born 36 BBY, making Ashoka canonically 45 years old in the Mandalorians timeframe of 9ABY.

For reference Rosario Dawson (who will be portraying her) is 41 years old.

Bo Katan must be in her late 40's in 9ABY.

Yeah she doesn't look like a teenager there.

See how they depict Ahsoka or Sabine.

Ahsoka isn't human and will require makeup so the actors age won't matter to much.

Yeah he should look similar to that plus beat up from Sarlacc.

It's noticable but not worth getting to bent out of shape.

I can get with Ashoka (she's a Tortuga and who knows how fast/ slow they age) and with the makeup it's not going to be an issue.

Boba is clearly older than he should be, but Sarlacc acid and Clone tech shenanigans kind of put my head canon at ease. They've gone to pains to show him being pretty scarred and aged by his time in the Sarlacc.

Bo Katan doesnt really have an excuse. Maybe she spends her spare time floating in a Bacta tank or something.

You can't compare apparent ages when it involves two different species. Or blame the animators for wanting to make a teenage girl look tougher and rougher than the norm for her looking older than she may really be. Besides, maybe she got some plastic surgery or botox before her appearance on The Mandalorian. lol

I think the time between the PT and OT should have been longer than 18 years myself. It's never felt like a long enough time for me.

It's not. As I said George had a rough idea but the clone wars were originally 40 or 50 years earlier.
Iirc he provided a rough outline to
Kenner for the toys in 84 or so and they were gonna make clone wars toys.
