The Mithril Golem in both the CC1 and the new CCRev (if it's there, I can't quite remember) always bugged me. It's statblock never suggested to me that it could have taken part in the downfall of Kadum the Mountainshaker and come away with nothing more than a few dents, so I did this remake, using 3.5 and the ELH. I have posted this before on other forums, but as this is a forum for homebrews, I thought I would add it here aswell.

AC: 75 (-8 size, +2 Dex, +1 Dodge, +70 natural) touch 5, flat-footed 72
Base Attack\Grapple: +143/+202
Attack: 2 Slams +186 Melee (24d6+43)
Full Attack: 3 Slams +186 Melee (24d6+43)
Face/Reach: 40ft/25ft
Special Attacks: None
Special Qualities: Construct traits, Magic Immunity, Anti-magic Field, Alacrity, DR 25/Epic and Adamantine

Alacrity (Su) – Once per round the Colossus may make an extra Slam attack at no penalty. It also gains a +1 Dodge bonus to AC and a 30ft increase in its speed (already factored into its stat block).
Magic Immunity (Su) – The Mithril Colossus is immune to all spells. A Slow spell will suppress the Colossus’ Alacrity ability for the duration of the spell.
Anti-Magic Field (Su) – The Mithril Colossus radiates an Anti-Magic Field (as per the spell) in a 100ft radius around it at all times.
Obviously this version would not be used in any normal campaign, but I think it does the Mithril Golem more justice than it recieved and now looks the part.
