And who knows, it was probably absolutely true for the time. Cause now that I think about it, adventures were still kinda new back then, and Paizo and now WotC have made their own luck with adventures. They've done things that were not being done then.

For sure, I'm certain that he made a shrewd decision based on data from the late 90's. Kind of gets old that people kept citing it into the teens as a Gospel about the games industry.
