Well, there may be an issue of terminology - "nerd" and "geek" are not necessarily synonymous.

In the Bostonian circles, "geek" is the positive, while "nerd" generally denotes the type with lack of social value.

I used to be a pretty good painter back in the late 90s and early 00s. However, three things killed that.

One, I got married to a non-gaming woman, so that limited my painting time.
Two, I became a father, and that cut my painting time to zero
Three, now that I have a bit of time because my daughter is older, I'm in my mid 40s and my eyes are not as good as they used to be and my hand is not as steady, either.

Yeah, It can be very time consuming. Depending on where you live there might be local Hobby Shops, Game Supply Stores, Game Conventions that host speed painting competitions or workshops. I find If I don't have a lot of time it can be a great way to get some painting in.

What kind of accessories does a Dwarf Barbie come with? Maybe a waraxe, some armor, couple of pairs of shoes?
