Rules-lawyering drama queen but not a munchkin
I actually prefer to use traditional classes and races as enemies for a twist. They are surprisingly easy to show as evil and scary:
Cleric.- Fanatical mindless puppets of capricious and petty deities. They have given up their freedom in exchange for divine power.
Fighter.- When people dedicate their lives to be masters of combat to the point of being defined by the action of fighting we are not dealing with well adjusted individuals, but rather with antisocial psychos who live for violence and violence alone.
Rogue.- Like with fighter, just exchange violence with not giving a damn about society, they are thieves, assassins and magical tricksters!
Wizard.- Corrupt people who only think of achieving ultimate arcane power! they capture, vivisect and torture magical creatures to untap the secrets of cosmos! even sentient ones!
Even druids (frigging ecoterrorists who slaughter millions to avenge a single tree) and paladins (blind zealots, champions of selfish and ruthless deities) aren't safe from it. In fact paladins have made terrifying enemies to my players at some point.
